Production premise is in the mountainous region of Delchevo, on an altitude of 800 above sea level. This region, like whole of Macedonia, enjoys the favorable climate of 4 seasons and endless sunny days. The combination of this gives the fruits extra qualitative characteristics, of which are especially proud. The regions itself has a long tradition of harvesting plums, apples and sour cherries, as the characteristic of the land, sun and altitude are perfect for it. Our fruits are harvested on our plantations, which are walking distance of our factory.
RUDINE MM harvest its fruits on 450 ha plantations that are within walking distance from the production plant. The location of the production facility creates most favorable conditions for fast sorting and procesing, all acording to the GLOBAL GAP and ISO 22000:2005 standards.
Production facility has a capacity of 4000 tons of frozen products. We rely on the experience and knowledge of our employees as well as technology. Our company continuously invests every year in new machines and technology.
Process
RUDINE MM has been continuously investing in the latest technologies for fast deep freezing and fast processing of fruits and vegetables in various ways and shapes since 2007.
95% of the total production is exported to the EU, for industrial use, HoReCa and retail.
